Thank you for shopping with Edisto Essence! We take great care in packaging and shipping each handcrafted piece to you.
Processing Time All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customized & Special Orders Personalized or custom orders require additional processing time of 5–7 business days before shipment. You will be notified by email once your custom order is ready to ship. Please note that customized and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination
- Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Larger & Fragile Items Some items such as framed art and mason jar pieces may require additional shipping charges due to size and packaging needs. Any additional charges will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. International tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
